On Thursday evening, shortly before 530, Engine 1 and C-3 responded to a second alarm in Arlington. The fire was Arlington Box 2-173 for a fire at 57 Warren Street. Ordinarily, Engine 2 would respond to Arlington, but Engine 2 was tied up on a separate incident response in Belmont at the time.
